Such amazing service. Took our kids bike that is having issues with the brakes after we'd paid loads to be serviced by halfords and it still was sticking. Peak bike station at last diagnosed the issue that it has a slightly warped wheel and have us his very honest opinion. Really good value and very honest.

I honestly can’t thank Peak Bike Station enough.
We suffered a terminal mechanical while riding in Hadfield, and some local lads put us in touch with Peak Bike Station. Although he wasn’t able to fix the specific problem we had, he didn’t just leave us stranded. Instead, he incredibly offered to come and collect both us and our bikes, then drove us all the way to a bike shop in New Mills that could help.
We were completely blown away by his generosity and kindness. He went so far above and beyond anything we could have expected.
It’s rare to come across people who are this selfless and willing to help complete strangers. This wasn’t just great customer service—it was genuine human kindness, and it’s something we’ll never forget.
Thank you just doesn’t feel like enough. Peak Bike Station is a true credit to the cycling community, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service and customer care
Ged collected my Hybrid bicycle within a day of me contacting him to add a few essential accessories, but also to make the back wheel quick release.
He did a fantastic job. Very professional and knows his stuff. A really nice man. I could not be happier. He also provided me with a link to access Peaks&Puddles - a Peak District Cycling guide to get out and about cycling some beautiful and scenic trails, tours and cycling routes. Very useful information.
Highly recommended bicycle repair shop and service.
