You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Whether it`s not what you expected, doesn`t fit quite right, or simply changed your mind, we`ll take it back - no questions asked. Contact us - at peakbikestation@gmail.com. contact details above. Once we receive your item we will process your refund immediately. We also refund your shipping cost of returned products to Peakbikestation.
European Union (EU) Customers
90 - Day Return Policy
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt by contacting us at peakbikestation.co.uk . You must then return the goods within 90 days of notifying us.
- Returns must be in their original condition, unused and in original packaging
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility
- We do not charge a restocking fee
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase
Defective or damaged items will be refunded or exchanged at no cost to you.
