How to Fit:

1. Remove the wheel and tyre from the bike
2. Deflate and remove the old tube
3. Lightly inflate the new tube to give it shape
4. Seat the tube inside the tyre, starting at the valve
5. Refit the tyre, inflate to recommended pressure, and refit the wheel
